The second edition of the Cabo Verde Agricultural Fair takes place between the 24th and 26th of November in Achada São Filipe, in Cidade da Praia. With 120 exhibitors, it aims to promote sustainable and environmentally friendly agriculture.

The event takes place this year under the motto “For a more resilient, profitable and environmentally friendly agriculture” and with the novelty of raising awareness among the population against single-use plastic. It is also worth highlighting the internationalization of the fair, which this year has the participation of the Azores (Portugal).

Fruit and vegetable production, the transformation of agricultural products, plant and craft exhibitions are the varieties of exhibitors, associated with awareness raising actions against the use of single plastic, as well as workshops linked to the sector.
