The delegation of ICCA – Instituto Cabo-verdiano da Criança e do Adolescente (Cape Verdean Institute for Children and Adolescents) and partners, in Sal, will hold a children’s and youth forum on Monday, 20th, under the theme “The Convention on the Rights of the Child and Climate Action”.

The event takes place as part of the celebrations of World Children’s Day and the 34th anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), marked on November 20th.

The anniversary is also marked with the Children and Youth Parliament, in Cidade da Praia, while in Sal this forum is proposed to debate issues of environmental safety and its impact on the protection of children and their rights.
