Call for projects and initiatives for triangular cooperation between Ibero-America and Portuguese-speaking African Countries

The Portugal-Latin America and Africa Triangular Cooperation Fund’s call for proposals for projects and initiatives in the areas of education; health; gender equality; climate change; food security; culture; social cohesion; digital transformation; education for development is now open.

Proposals must be submitted in one of the following categories:

  • Category I: Generation and dissemination of knowledge through research, reports, forums/congresses.
  • Category II: Training, capacity building or promotion of training actions.

This competition is supported by 1 million euros from Camões – Instituto da Cooperação e da Língua, I.P., and will be managed by the Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB) for two years (2024-2025). The winning proposals will receive funding of between 50,000 and 200,000 euros, which will represent up to 85 per cent of the budget submitted.

Language of proposal: Portuguese or Spanish

≥ 1 Latin American partner
≥ 1 Partner from a Portuguese-speaking African country.
