Nitrogen trifluoride (NF3)

It is an inorganic, colorless, non-flammable, toxic gas with a slight musty odor. It is increasingly used in the manufacture of flat screens, photovoltaic panels, LEDs, and other microelectronic products. It is also an extremely strong and long-lived greenhouse gas. In 2019 its atmospheric load exceeded 2 parts per trillion, and, since the end of the century XX, doubled every five years.
