Cabo Verde defends that all countries make their commitments to stop global warming and support financing for climate adaptation, in connection with the African Climate Summit, co-organized by Kenya and the African Union (AU).
“We will defend that there is full assumption of responsibilities by all countries”, that resources are mobilized” in favor of the States and that they are applied in a transparent way, where they are actually needed”, stated the Minister of Agriculture and Environment, Gilberto Silva, who is represented at the summit by special advisor Alexandre Rodrigues, speaker on one of the panels.
